Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like — no phone calls, no retention flow, no hassle. You keep Premium access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Will I be reminded before I'm billed again?
Yearly subscribers receive an email reminder before each renewal, with the renewal amount and a link to cancel. If a subscription price ever changes, we'll give you at least 7–30 days' notice first, so you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your saved chat and lab history stay in your account. You simply return to the Free plan's daily limits and lose trend tracking until you upgrade again.
Is there a free trial of Premium?
The Free plan itself works as an ongoing trial — a few Ask Sonya questions and one lab analysis daily, for as long as you'd like, with no credit card required.
Do bulk or clinic accounts get a different rate?
