Education, not diagnosis
We explain what lab tests measure and help you prepare questions. Nobody in the community diagnoses, recommends doses, or replaces your own clinician.
Private by design
Posts are visible to members only. Before sharing a lab report, remove your name, date of birth and other identifying details.
No selling
No supplement pitches, affiliate links, or recruiting. The community is for learning.
Kindness first
Everyone is at a different point in their health journey. Be respectful; we moderate every day.
Urgent help is not here
The community isn't monitored around the clock and isn't for emergencies. If you might be having a medical emergency, call 911. If you're in emotional crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.).
Teach with us
Host an educational session
We're inviting a small group of independent, U.S.-licensed physicians to lead educational guest sessions for members on the topics they ask about most, such as thyroid, blood sugar, cholesterol, and women's health after 40.
We're also exploring a way for members to find independent physicians for their own consultations. If we offer it, it will be designed with legal counsel to follow state licensing, telehealth and privacy rules, with each physician practicing independently.

Good to know
Does joining the waitlist cost anything?
No. The waitlist is free and doesn't sign you up for Premium. You'll get an email when the community opens, and you decide then.
When will the community open?
As soon as enough people have joined the waitlist to make it lively from day one. Waitlist members hear first.
Can I ask about my own lab results?
Yes, you can ask what a test measures, what a reference range means, and what questions to bring to your doctor. Sonya and guest experts teach in general terms and won't diagnose or recommend treatment for individual members. For personal medical advice, talk with your own healthcare provider.
Will I be able to see a doctor through AskSonya?
Not yet. Guest sessions with physicians will be educational. If we later help members find independent physicians for their own consultations, those visits will be arranged directly between you and the physician, under their own policies, and we'll explain exactly how it works before it launches.
Can I cancel Premium?
Anytime, in your account settings. You keep access through the period you've paid for. See plans and pricing and our Terms of Use.
